How do I qualify for the group-collab (pintober) incentives?
Back this campaign and at least 2 other campaigns (so 3 minimum) in the pintober 2025 Group-Collab to qualify! You’ll get a ‘sweet treat’ freebie pin from each of the campaigns you have backed. Note, group/cross-collab incentives will be offered only during live campaigns (not to pre-order store backers).

Can I change or cancel my pledge?
You can change or remove your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. -If you backed as an early bird (aka in the first 48 hours), but then cancel and re-pledge later, you will no longer get the early bird free extras. You may add extra add-ons as well during the survey phase, after the campaign. Refunds will not be given unless something goes horribly wrong and we are not able to fulfil part (or all) of the campaign for whatever reason.

When will I be charged for my pledge?
You are charged only if the campaign meets its funding goal. If funded, you will automatically be charged when the campaign ends.

When will I be charged for shipping?
Pledges and shipping costs are charged separately. Your pledge will be charged at the end of the campaign, and the shipping cost (and tariff fee for USA buyers) will only be charged when we are ready to ship!
You will be sent a survey to give us information on what exact pins and add-ons you want, as well as your shipping information. Once we are about to ship (aka we have all the product ready to be send out) , you will be charged for shipping and any late add-ons.

I'm in the USA! what about the tariff?!
On top of shipping, there will be an additional tariff cost to all USA backers. (estimated to be 10% of your total pledge/add-ons ) This will not be calculated or charged until we are ready to ship. This is due to the new changes coming on the 29th of August 2025.

Who can see my pledge details?
Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

100% yes, you can order as many of the same design as you wish.

Do the pins come on backing cards?
Yes -every pin will come on a backing card, designed by myself and sealed in individual bags to protect the pin.

When should I fill out my survey?!
Please fill out your survey for the pins and add-ons you want ASAP. We need to get an idea on how many pins to order from our manufacturer and the faster we know what numbers we are working with the quicker we can order everything! you wont need to worry about shipping costs until we have everything made. There will be regular updates informing you closer to the time.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
